What is the SwapPulse Wallet?

The SwapPulse Wallet is a custodial multi-chain wallet that lets you hold fiat and cryptocurrency for trades, purchases, and conversions. It supports EVM chains (Polygon, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base), Solana, and Bitcoin-family coins (BTC, BCH, DOGE, LTC). All private keys are AES-256 encrypted and gated by passkey or optional PIN.

Fiat top-ups

  1. Go to your Wallet and click Top Up.
  2. Choose an amount in GBP, EUR, or USD (minimum £5).
  3. Pay by card via Stripe. A 2% platform fee is collected on every top-up.
  4. The fiat balance appears in your wallet and can be used for trades or converted to USDC.

Converting fiat to USDC

Convert your fiat balance to USDC on Polygon using the built-in DEX aggregator. A 2% fee applies to every conversion. USDC can be used for on-chain trades, card purchases via escrow, and sends to external wallets.

Sending crypto

Send USDC or native tokens to any compatible wallet address. Sends require a one-time code (second factor) displayed in-app with a 60-second TTL. The code is bound to the specific recipient, amount, and chain to prevent replay or substitution.

Escrow for card purchases

When buying a card with USDC, funds are locked in the platform escrow wallet until you confirm physical receipt. The seller is paid on release. A 2% fee is collected on release. If something goes wrong, you can file a dispute for moderator review.

Security: passkey and PIN

  • Passkey: WebAuthn passkey gates access to your encrypted private key. Enroll a passkey for secure, passwordless wallet unlock.
  • <b>PIN (optional):b> Set a PIN as an alternative unlock method. The PIN derives an encryption key via PBKDF2.
  • Seed phrase: A 24-word mnemonic is encrypted as a backup. You can view it after authenticating.

Bank account (fiat mode)

If you prefer not to use crypto features, you can link a bank account (IBAN + BIC). Top-ups route to your bank account and trade payments pull from it via Stripe. Bank details are AES-256 encrypted and shown masked in the UI.

Multi-chain support

Enable multi-chain support to get a single wallet with addresses across EVM chains, Solana, and Bitcoin-family coins. All addresses are derived from the same 24-word mnemonic. You can upgrade an existing custodial wallet to multi-chain at any time.

Important notes

  • Only original fiat top-up amounts are refundable. Converted USDC cannot be refunded.
  • You pay native chain gas for your own transactions.
  • A 2% platform fee applies to all top-ups, conversions, sends, and escrow purchases.
